Hello everyone....hope you are doing well. We are great. This last week was quite nice. We had incredible weather - lots of sunshine. We had a great week in service. We did alot of street witnessing with good success. Chris had some real nice conversations with people, sharing scriptures. We both were able to get a couple numbers from people that we talked to and hope we can follow-up with some success. Last week we were finishing service and got on the Tram and I asked a young lady if she spoke English. She does! She is from Nigeria and a sister and I were able to get her number and chat with her a bit. She came to the last 2 Sunday meetings and this week, we are going to set up the first study!

Guess what?! We got a car.....we have done 6 weeks with Tram and Bus and rides but realized with all the villages that need to be worked and to get around and be sufficient and of course to travel little bit later :-) we should get a car. It was great too - we ran into a brother doing street witnessing on our way in the ministry. We said we were looking for a car and he just put a sign up to sell his car that very morning....Yahoo!! By French standards, it's a big car. Of course it's manual - which neither of us have driven in years but Chris is doing good job so far....no stalls yet. I really wanted my favorite car - Mini Cooper but don't think that will ever happen....at least I got to take a pic with one.

This next week is the regular visit with the CO and his wife. They are a real nice couple so we are looking forward to this special visit. This will be Chris' first pioneer meeting! I am so excited for him.

For all those that had parts today at the SAD in Woodburn, hope all went well (I'm sure it did). We had ours earlier this month and so we know you all enjoyed it. Miss you all lots...Au revoir!
