Hello there our dear friends and family.  Hope you all had a great week and are doing well.  We had a very busy and fun week.  Our CO and his wife (very very nice down to earth people) were hosting our congregation this week.  So we had a full week of service activity.  On Wednesday it rained  and we started with phone territory with great success.  We spoke to about 5 people that morning and have at least 2 return visits to make next week!  We were able to work in the historic part of Montpellier (downtown) this week.  Il est beau!  Wait to see the pictures.  Also got to work in a village on the weekend.  The weather turned nice here by mid-week.  It was blue sky, sunny and around 65-68〫Finally!  

And on Saturday, we got a place to settle down till at least April - Praise Jah!  And it is in Palavas.  We checked the area out last week and Chris was set on moving there and so now we are.  The place is great.  Our view from the bedroom is of the lake and the view from the living room/kitchen is the sea!!!!  You can't get better than that.  So after a great day in service, we can just walk down 2 stories and right out our door and around the corner is sandy beach and the sea. 

The weekend ended wonderfully today with the Special Assembly Day in Marignane near Marseille (about the distance from Portland to Eugene).  There were 3 or 4 congregations representing and 4 groups.  They just split the circuit so there were about 260 in attendance.  And for my first time ever at an assembly - there were no baptismal candidates...but the talk was great and helped us to reflect on our own dedication.  It was a very encouraging day and very exciting to meet some new brothers and sisters from our circuit.  

We are moving to our new place tomorrow so will be busy next couple days settling in and then back in ministry on Wednesday.  Hope you enjoy the pictures!  Miss you all.
