Remember when the WT today said that in some areas it is a "preaching paradise"? Well the special pioneer couple in our hall said that when they were assigned to another european country, they had between them 30 bible studies and had to turn people away that were not that serious...can you imagine?! It's a big change from here where a lot of people we meet are apathetic or atheist but there is still alot of activity going on here...one sister in the last week found 2 people that have not been contacted in 4 years! Another sister found someone and will start a bible study tomorrow. While we were street witnessing near the university, I met this nice young girl from Morocco. She strongly feels that humans will never fix the problems and that God doesn't care to intervene. She was very open and allowed me to share some scriptures with her. She afterward commented that God's plan (already in action) sounded logical. I gave her my email and number and hope she will call for more information. Chris' bible study brought a friend to his study this week who also had questions. And we met a real nice muslim lady from Senegal. She opened up and shared her experience with us. We invited her to the meeting and she gave us her number. When we called she said she is a little too shy to go to where a lot of people are but she is willing to meet to talk more about the bible. So tomorrow is our first return visit. We have also heard that back home there is also alot of activity going on. So very exciting to see all over the world, much is going on.
Would love to hear how everyone is doing back home...keep in touch. We miss you all.
