Bonsoir (good evening)!  How's it going back home?  We are doing quite well.  Trying to get in as much as possible while we are here in Europe for the next few weeks and stay busy in the ministry.  Very hard to do but sometimes it works.

This week we said goodbye to the Christensen's.  Before they left on Wednesday though, we went through the French Riveria and then over the border to Italy!  Real quick visit but we made it.  Thursday I was able to go with a sister to her bible studies.  It was real nice to be on two progressive bible studies since it is a challenge to get bible studies here.

Saturday is our congregations' special day for offering bible studies.  Most of the congregation went into the villages.  We went to Pezenas.  We found a couple english speaking people (although not interested).  Then everyone went back to one of the couple's homes and had our "french" lunch.  You know - bread, cheese, saucisson (like salami) and wine (just kidding about the wine).  It was a nice day with the brothers and sisters.   Today after meeting, we had some friends over to play "NOT UNO".  Well actually it's called "Twizzle" but remind us to explain later and show you how to play - tons of fun!

Looking forward to ministry this week.  Lots of sun and lots of activity planned.  Hope we can find more english speakers!  Our english speaking "radars" are working better than when we first arrived.  We are on the look :-)  Chris' bible study called him for an bible study appointment.  That's nice that he is making the effort because he is a very nice young man.  He's the one Chris originally met on the tram months ago.  His school and family keep him busy but he is very eager to learn.  Well getting late here so after a full week, I'm sure we will have plenty to write about next week.  Take care...love you all.
