Bonjour!  Hope you had a good week.  Portland weather was looking better than the South of France last week...better stay that way when we get home!  

Yes we went on another road trip!  We took Melanie and Randy to Barcelona and then on the way home, we drove up Costa Brava - it's the French Riveria of Spain.  We went to St. Pol de Mar and Blanes - very beautiful coast line.  The next day was absolutely beautiful so we relaxed at home on our  beach soaking up some sun....then they left on Thursday.

The next day Fuzzy - I mean Lisa came into visit us!  On Saturday, two of the sisters planned a service day for us visiting some of the villages.  As you will see from the pictures, it was very very nice.  It's so amazing to be in the ministry but at the same time you feel like a tourist (well we are but you know what I mean).  We met a couple english speaking people in the villages so that was nice.  Then we had a picnic lunch at a brother and sisters and then back out to the ministry in the afternoon.  Really had a great day...oh and I forgot to say we finished the day with a visit to a local caveau (that is a winery)...got to fill up our wine jug (yes I did say jug).  

We had to say goodbye already to some brothers and sisters that are going to be gone during the last 2 weeks we will be here in Montpellier.  It was not easy and it's just going to be harder as the days go by...it's amazing with the brotherhood how easily you become attached to ones you haven't met long but form an incredible bond with.
